Delivery Methods

We work with Ukraine's leading delivery services — Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta. Once your order is placed, our manager will contact you to confirm the most convenient delivery method and address.

Delivery Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery across Ukraine takes between 1 and 5 business days depending on your region and carrier workload. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number.

Delivery Cost

Shipping costs are calculated individually based on the weight, dimensions of the item, and the rates of the selected delivery service. The exact amount will be confirmed by our manager when the order is approved. For large or bulky items (industrial equipment, coffee machines), delivery by freight carrier can be arranged upon request.

Pickup

You are welcome to collect your order in person. Please contact our manager during checkout to confirm the pickup address and working hours.

Payment

We accept payment in a way that suits you best: cash on delivery, bank card, or bank transfer. Ask our manager for full details on available payment options.

Damaged Goods

When receiving your parcel, please inspect the packaging carefully in the presence of the courier or post office staff. If any damage is found, file a report with the delivery service representative and contact us immediately. We will do our best to resolve the issue.
